We estimate that it will cost approximately £40,000 to fund this project

We hope to meet this target by a combination of grants, bursaries and private donations and, despite his living conditions, Bashar is constantly working to reduce the funding requirements. Whenever he can get internet connection Bashar is pursuing all relevant scholarships, & has committed to find work (up to the permitted maximum hours) throughout his time in Ireland.
